Candidate profile
Key Qualifications
As an ideal candidate, you will bring to the table a mix of strategy, execution, and big-picture thinking.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation for the B2B market
- You can write compelling content and enjoy doing it
- You have the ability to analyze data, put it into reports, and make decisions based on such data
- You can work autonomously and independently; you like to be in control of projects; you don’t need constant guidance
- Courageous goals don’t scare you, they make you ambitious
- You have initiative and always discover something to improve and optimize
- You have the curiosity to dig and investigate to find answers to questions and find solutions to the problems you encounter
- You have the ability to set up and analyze the right reports in Google Analytics
Nice to have:
- Some experience with Facebook Ads
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Familiarity with programs and applications for creating and editing visual materials (illustrations, video)
Education Background
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism or English language and literature
Your Main Responsibilities
Here is what your job consists of on a daily basis:
- You design and write content for the website, advertisements, landing pages for various campaigns, emails, blog articles, social media.
- You promote content in the right channels to increase traffic to company sites.
- You design and implement campaigns to increase visibility and generate leads using content marketing, partnerships, paid ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email marketing.
- You keep yourself informed about growth strategies and digital marketing as well as the latest digital tools and trends
- You understand the specifics of the IT industry and the B2B business model and customize the marketing approach accordingly.
- You identify clear KPIs and metrics for each project.
- You discover new promotion and acquisition channels, organic and paid, to attract potential customers.
- You design and implement the process of AB tests and experiments: prioritization, analysis and measurement of results.
- You provide support to the sales team by creating written and visual materials to interact with potential customers at fairs, conferences, business events or one-on-one discussions and pitches.
- You provide support to the Human Resources team for internal communication and the organization of events dedicated to potential employees by creating visibility and communication materials.
